I recently upgraded my wheels to 19" Radenergies and went with Bridgestone SO3's. They may a bit more expesnive than the one you are looking at, but you should consider them.
So far they are very quiet (but the RF's were at first to). The ride of these are much better than the RF's I had on the stock 18" wheel. Handling is vastly improved and I have not experienced any tramlining. So far I am very pleased.

My Ride: 2004 Silver Grey 545i, Steptronic, Black Leather, Poplar Trim, Sport Package, Logic7, Comfort Seats, Nav, PDC, Cold Weather Package, Sun Shades, X-pel clear bra
My experience has been all Max performance tires start out faily quiet and most become more noisy with wear.
I considered the Michelin's as well- as they are indeed a great tire. I just could not bring myself to support a French company.
My bridgestone S03s are pretty noisy actually. The best tire out there is still Michelin PS2..

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
Tire tests in Europe indicates that Bridgestone Potenza RE050 would be the best choice.
Second best would be Continental SportContact2.
I will buy nonRF Potenza RE050's to my car car next summer.
