Weezy get the booster. Makes driving twice as fun. Nothing better than a fast high revving machine that snaps your head back at a blink of an eye. This is how the throttle of every bmw should be. Now I'm wondering Superchips or Speed innovations?

Sprint Booster catalog list 2 versions of BDD 401 (w/ & w/o "A") but they maybe interchangeable w/ each other as kchan said its just a matter of sensitivity.

Are you sure Nick? my530i had a Steptronic and Vegastrased used that same unit on his SMG and so did I.
Dealer told me so, on the phone, I'm not 100% sure, as I haven't seen either in person.

Guys I have had both on my 550 SMG, the one thats for a manual is just to crazy, I think its to sensitive and in the long run will wear out the clutch prematurely.

This is one of drawback of Sprintbooster - wearing out the clutch too soon for SMG due to high idle at stop? You might be right. But I miss it sooo much.

What do you mean by high idle? I don't think my idle is high at all. I can't see how the SB will prematurely wear out the clutch.
