After reading around in this forum, I'm kinda convinced that I should get Eibach Pro Springs for my 535xi. Although it seems like everyone who has done it so far are all 530xi owners. Anyone w/ 535xi did it?

And for the folks in NYC area, can anyone recommend an installer with a reasonable charge for the labor? I guess if someone did your RWD spring change he should also be able to do my xi, right? Thanks.

Hmm interesting... I didn't know Eibach released any Sport springs kit for the xi model as far as I know only H&R, do you have the proper part number you can share w/ us?

As far as the install, the rear probably identical w/ the i RWD model but the front end is a lot more complicated due to the xi AWD model has front drive shaft linked into the front strut to deal with.

 

As far as I know, only H&R makes sport springs for the xi. Check that you got the right part!

 

Oops, just realized that the Eibach ones for 530xd are now discontinued. I was basically following this post by seba :

I guess Eibach stopped making the 530xd too. that sucks.
