I think you should know what drop you're doing first then order the right offset for your rims so you don't rub.
This is an excellent recommendation...I completely agree. Do the drop first. This way you can also check the wheel/tire fit before you leave and if not good still have the option to try something else and not be stuck with a bad combination.

they will rub regardless with 20s trust me my back ones and fronts rubbed no stopping that
Not true at all.. I have 20's and dropped it with H&R Race and I have no rubbing issues at all. I took a road trip to Santa Barbara with 4 people in my car with a bunch of luggage in the back and it didn't rub or bottom out. Thats why I think its better if he decides how low he wants to go first and then order the correct offset for the rims. If you have the right offset and the correct tire size you shouldn't have any problems.

Yeah, you will. I just did. Also, the offsets of the 167s are the same as 166s. I'll post my pictures in a few hours.

I have 255/30/20 and 295/25/20 Breyton Spirits on my E60 with Eibach Pro-kit, and is rubbing on all four corners. I have rolled all my fender lips, and still experience some rubbing

Wow! That's not good. Especially sonce you only have the Prokit. Would the tire size cause the problem? What about the 20x9.5 and 20x10.5 wheels? I noticed alot of people have 9" wide in front and 10" wide in rear with 245/35/20s front and 295/30/20s rear for tires.....

Iceman,
Your drop is lower than his and you have no problems at all. Your thoughts?

Don't forget all of the factors that go into this eqation:
1) Height Drop
2) Tire sizes (and brand to account for shoulder style ie. sq or round)
3) Wheel width
4) Wheel offset
