Yeah but some of us like Sirius for more than just music...I suppose the ultimate setup would be a combination of both -- Sirius and and aux input (in addition to the CD changer, etc.)

I wouldn't get Sat radio.? You have to pay a monthly fee (after your 'free' trial period is up), and the sound quality varies widely from FM quality to not-so-near CD quality, and I heard the reception is spotty at times.
I'm getting an AUX input soon for my IPOD.? I'd say that's the way to go - no cd's necessary, 30gb of high quality mp3's!!

There is something lacking in the quality of MP3s - now what is it? - oh yea I remember - it just does not do justice to the sound of the Steelers running roughshod over the Bengals that u get on Sirius ?

I've been debating buying the serius kit for my wife's 545. I have xm in my truck and love it. The sound quality as mentioned by others might not be CD quality, but I think its comparable to MP3 quality, and I love the programing.
Some have mentioned just putting an audio input jack. I don't have time to be downloading MP3's like I did when I was in college, and I enjoy listening to a variety of the latest music commercial free. +1 for Sirius or XM.
