So, I know this topic has been discussed to death. But trying to get your opinions.

I can get a set of OEM M6 wheels with offset of 17mm. I would run the 245-35-19 and 275-30-19 tire setup as everyone has suggested.

The shop says that it may still rub. I mentioned that others have tried it successfully. Is the shop just confused about this? I know the forum members are more knowledgeable than car shops, especially on the E60.

thanks again,
Mike

Just wanted to make sure there was no chance of rubbing. I plan on getting KW2 coilovers or just Eibach (1.2") springs.

I probably will switch to 20" w/lip wheels later on. Which is why I may go with the coilovers.

Thanks Rudy for the link. I think I will soon have some M6 wheels. woohoo!

SP Engineering.

They didn't want to say for sure that the tires wouldn't rub because they never tried it. Unfortunately, I just found out that the M6 wheels are sold. So, it's back to the drawing board.

you should try Eurorev, SPP or D2technik.
