What is the build of your ride? You can also open up your stock mirror and check the wire(s) and/or plug(s).

The M5 mirrors you bought should fit post Sept. 2005 E60 car in which using 3 wires that goes into a single plug.

If the price is right, maybe I can take one of the mirrors off your hands. My car's build date is November 2005.

BlaSTiWi or any other experts,

My car is a 2006 BMW 530i (CM30564). According to Realoem.com, the production date is 03/2005. Does this mean I need to find OEM M5 mirrors with 3 plugs? I am the original owner and the mirrors/wires have not been tempered.

Thank you in advance!

PS: OP, sorry for invading your thread.

I'd sell it for 488 bucks but it doesn't have the glass which you can source for cheap in ebay. let me know if you are interested as the dealer hasn't answer me yet.

Likely Yes, try w/ realoem.com but use M5 as you car source and pick the same production date it should reveal the p/n ... or you maybe in the same boat as another member ... here's his thread:

Check and make sure if those eBay glass are EC (usually cost the same as the housing itself or sometime more) or you may loose auto-dim and like myself I like convex class so the outermost section is wide angle which give a better blind spot avoidance but usually only on Euro glass.

Not sure if production date related or not but I've seen M5 mirror w/ black plastic lip around the glass which somewhat make the glass real-estate smaller but it maybe just visually but in my case I have lip-less edge glass.
