Removing Roundels from hood / trunk

Whether to upgrade or replace worn Roundel emblems it's always be careful ... use a credit card to protect the paint and hope you don't slip with the screwdriver.

But just this afternoon, while reviewing a post and link by Cubitsf about replacing the rubber trim on his rear window I wandered around the website recommended to him for the window trim and discovered this "tool" ...

Thought it was a great idea and while I don't need to order a 95 cent item this week I'll definitely add the 'concept' to the nifty items in my BMW McGiver toolkit (like fishing string) waiting for that next Roundel replacement!
