The standard V1 display is all red, this can be modified for easier identification of threats so it looks like this:

(bear in mind LEDs in mirrors do not photograph well!)

Did you matte the chrome behind your Orions?

He had the LEDs. I had customers buy license plate lamps from EAS and Bimmian and had error messages. Invisibulbs no errors since it's a mirror coated glass.

Just out of curiousity, what did it run you to have the headliner sueded?

That looks awesome, especially with the grey contrast. I wonder what I would look like with Beige... Probably nice too.

You haven't see this M? This has been around for a while. There were a bunch of threads on M5Board about this. I don't need the colors. I mainly go off of the sound of the chirp. Once I know it's real, I just look at the arrows.

Where are you located? Not sure I want to send my radar and my M5 mirror to someone I don't know. I'm sure you can understand my hesitation, hence the reason I prefer local, even if it costs more.

I am based North of Boston, I appreciate your concerns and will do what I can to ease them. I did exactly what you outline with the OP and will be doing another mirror for him shortly. You'd only be sending your mirror, I don't need the V1, if you have the concealed display you might want to send that. I go throught he same concerns in that I don't want to invest time and money in processing a mirror unless I am sure the client will follow through so I appreciate your concerns and will do what I can to alleviate them.

The OP has just received my loaner mirror to use while I work the other one, same arrangement we did on his mirror, I suppose I could say that I took the initial risk in sending him my spare mirror. All in all I find people are reliable and trustworthy, I can also demonstrate some of that with 100% feedback rating on eBay and PayPal verification.

So where does the V1 actually sit / go? I see in the OP, its in the rear of the roof of his car.
