Performance Gearing...a pleasure to deal with.
It's a clutch type (Salisbury). There's a very slight noise and it requires a yearly fluid change, but the all weather traction is noticeably better. I was really glad I added it when the engine was still stock (along with the 3.46 gears), but now that it's boosted it's just amazing how hard I can accelerate without breaking the wheels loose. (Still have to control it, but the threshold is much higher) It also eliminated my understeer which was a totally unexpected benefit.
I actually drive by a radar speed check sign every day and it didn't show any change when I changed the differential gears. I think the speed sensor is on the left rear wheel (ABS speed sensor).

Oh,you have M5 fenders, very nice. Did the M Pack bumper fit the m5 fenders?
The case that is used on non-M5 fenders are the problem, looks very .. cheap because of that big border.
