Default projector fog lights on M5 bumper

I may pull the trigger on the M5 bumper soon and I'm considering the projector foglight options instead of regular reflector ones. I will be running HID's in the fogs as well as headlights.

Does anyone have experience in the light output difference? if there is any?

PS I alread know the purpose projectors and fogs are SUPPOSED to serve.

I've had the projector foglights, and the housings aren't setup or don't fit hids (only LEDS, smaller bulbs), You'll be happier with halogen foglights and hids, those will fit nicely as I've done it before on an m5 bumper.

oh wow, good to know! You would think they would have this figured out. I don't understand why anyone WOULDN'T put HID's in projector fogs...otherwise it's duller.

Thanks for the input! It saved me lots of dissappointment and money wasted
