Hi Guys,

Just want to share some experience on my Brembo Front 8 Piston and Rear 4 Piston.
I took my car to the track. I stopped the car everytime after 3-4 laps. Total probably 10-12 laps.
After the session, everytime I brake, it makes very loud sound on the brake.

I checked to the dealer. The results, all the front pads (total 8 pcs) are cracking. Rear was okay. I'll post some pics.

Any idea?

Maybe pads are not "beded-in" before you taken to the track??
Or pads are not in its "working temperature" before you brake hard??
Just my thoughts

Are they bembo pads?

Yap, Those are Brembo Pads.
I'm not sure about the working temperature. My friend was driving BMW M6, and there was no problem on his brake.
Weird... Isn't Brembo should be better than stock M6 pads?

Brake pads crack when they're overheated. Brembos or not, these particular pads may have been more street-oriented rather than good track pads. You should also consider if you're driving style contributed to the cracking. Or perhaps the pads were faulty themselves.

For braking style, I believe I did it properly. I've been attending several driving school with BMW and Ferrari.
No problem at all. This is the first time I have problem with pads.

Probably the outside temp at that moment was above 100 degree F. It was very hot.
I ask my dealer, the pads was defective. Probably bad batch.
