I called just about every place on the list back in June, and they all had some pretty ridiculous prices.

Couple of places said 250/wheel, some were 200/wheel, and the prices trickled down from there.

I ended up getting a recommendation from one of the local body shop guys out here in the palm springs area. He said he had seen their work at SEMA before, and at some of the off-road events as well.

It's call First Place Powder Coating in Banning Ca (just east of Riverside and Redlands on the I10).

They were able to do all four wheels for $200. They took a little longer than I had expected, but the finish and quality of the powder coating is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the service. They might be a little out of the way for some of you LA and OC guys but, if you're saving $500 or more then it might be worth the drive.
