Probably an unnecessary question, but I wonder if there are perameters for choosing which lights turn on with this feature like the welcome lights. For my WL I only have the halos and LED rods turn on - would be cool to have that sort of control over this.

tried it and it didn't work. the coding took, but I can't get it to light up. tapping the trunk button does nothing unless i press and hold a little longer to open the trunk.

Chase, with LM2 you actually can specify which (and any) exterior lighting you want to be welcome lights -- either soft or hard fade. PM me if you want the codes.

Provide a little more information? I was able to enable it on a 2004 E63's LM1, so I doubt it's not possible for newer cars.

10/04 build 545, I coded LMA with HEIMLEUCHTEN_FUNKSCHL set to aktiv, with no errors, but i can't get the key to do it. are you pushing the trunk open button or one of the others? I tried all three with no joy.

Thanks Justin.

Haha, just text me or something. We never got around coding E90 and think you mentioned the white cluster mod as well.

Yah, the trunk open key. Just press, no need to hold. Is your light switch set to AUTO?

Humm. Just trying to think why it's not working for you. On top of your head, what have you coded for your car? Let's see if we can find out of there's a pre-req or associated coding that needs to be done for this.

Oh, another thing (though you said your Pathway Lighting already works)... I do recall seeing a parameter for having Pathway Lighting on or off. Might be worth a look as well.
