Yes there is a low and high slopes that need to be changed. There are several guys in the UK that should be able to help you. It only take a couple of minutes to do it.

Hi Tony
So it's not me with fat fingers then it's a coding problem.
Before I get it coded:
If I got a BMW Bluetooth unit off eBay would I be able to get enabled at the same time to work with my CCC?
Thanks again for your reply you have been most helpful.

I'm not sure about the way yours is set in the VO. Did you have BT before? When I changed mine out I had lost a few things but BT was not one of them. After I coded it then I just turned the things back on. I'm not familiar with adding BT to one that dies not already have it. I recall reading something about Parrot system in the UK. Maybe check into this

The Parrot unit has a septate screen and bottoms.
My car did not have Bluetooth before so will need to wire it in.
I would prefer to have it all in one and hidden away. I'm wired like that
There are a few guys in the UK that do coding in I'll ask them before I buy it.
