Use roofing adhesive for layer one to close the headlights and set overnight.
Use GE Silicon II black for layer two to weather seal and dry overnight.
So 48 hours.

Actually Matt, the time is not absolute. In another post, I said that it's actually okay to apply the silicone over polyurethane after 3-4 hours. Obviously if you have the time to wait the full 24 hours, that's fine, but we've done 3 or 4 installs with just 3-4 hour wait before we layered the silicone over, and no one has experienced any issue. Also, the silicone dries safe to touch in about 20 minutes, and cures under 2 hours in average weather condition.

it takes 1 week to build out, then however long it takes to get it back to you and that depends on your requested shipping return.

We just have to be more careful, you know how that goes.

Cant thank you guys enough ,

Special thanks to "nomis_nehc" and "Umnitza"
My Orion's are here and I am looking to do the MOD this week end. Since its going below 30 degrees during the day and in the teens at night time, headed to Home Depot for a garage heater. While the V2's can be installed inside the house, I would still need the garage heated to run the wires.

Wish me luck

I am going to this taken care of by next week.

Also, I got a custom quad setup done on my car with is UNBELIEVEABLE AWESOME
