Thanks guys, this is going really good.
I only wanted some info on the tool that the experts have used.I know member "nigxdoof" pointed out from his experience that the Oscillating tool made by Dremel was not good.

Can someone point out what the best Oscillating tool would be for this project ?

Hey there, sorry didn't respond to you PM.

The Oscillating tool is the best man. I recommend to get the "Dremel" Brand tool. Its at home depot. Good luck!

We've done a lot of installs, and out of them, quite honestly, we've only had one customer with "problems" if you will.

He was the first person that we did the Orions for, and back then, we were still figuring out the best way to seal the headlight. Oddly enough, during that time, my headlight was sealed using the method back then, and it was fine. We did work on it with the customer and made sure it was completely sealed.

Now, not sure if this is a pure stroke of coincidence, but this person has contacted me a few months ago saying that the his Orions would intermittently not turn on with key fob but okay when the car is on. We never had the chance to loop up with him prior to my move, but discussions have lead us to believe that it's likely an issue with the power box.

Besides this person, all other installs were more or less straight forward (except for the colored Orions, hahaha).

Another member Johal, also sent me a PM.
He has personally used the Oscillating tool from Boch buy believes that the tool made by Dremel should do the trick just fine.

I am out shopping for the Dremel tool.

Guys thanks a ton for all the help and advice so far, anyone who has done this or is planning on doing it, please fill in.
All your help and support is greatly appreciated.

I forget to add that we also use a plastic welder to put the headlights back together.

Plastic welder and polyurethane glue.

As for gluing the Orions, I would recommend using those to install it. Either super glue or epoxy.

I do not recommend using glue on the rings on the low beam, but using a plastic soldering technic to "marry" the headlight trim ring to the back of the Orion V2 ring - be gentle and very sparing when doing this, so you don't damage either. Think of it as a thin film applied to fuse the two together.

Lol, cute.

To glue the Orion rings, you can use a glue gun or epoxy. We've used glue gun on all of our installs and have no problem. Nigxdoof, if I recall correctly, had the glue melt, so he used epoxy. Pretty much up to you.

To put the headlight back together, we plastic weld the headlights together first, apply polyurethane glue, and then layer water repelling silicone over it.
