Thats excellent work there Laco, its better than i thought, i did try that method on my first headlight but it started cracking so i thought il just cut the sides. But did you remove the glue under the plastic before you started bending it?

You cant find a video because the process of taking out the lens is too long. If i made a video of my work, it would probably be a 20 hour documentary lol.
Theres only 2 options available to you. Cutting the lens (easy way) theres a link i posted earlier, or do what i did (long and painful way)

Here is what I used. It s a body sealer made by 3m and I was very happy with it. It's beige, but after everything was cured I sprayed a little flat black and all looks great now. Be aware that most silicone sealants can contaminate the surface in a way that could cause problems if you do not get it sealed up correctly and have to go back in. I was also considering to use a automotive gasket sealant that hardens up nicely, but again it had silicone. I'm 100% happy with my choice of the 3m product and the outcome. Absolutely no leaks or fogging at all, and the car has been through three HEAVY down pours and several car washings.

There are too many people asking us how we do it.
So....We'll be doing a full video of a set of lights.
A customer just ordered a full Euro replacement for his car. We'll document/video the whole process and you can have access to it once we're finished (hopefully later this week).

Guys I'm in aquarium business over 20 years and my 2 cents are do not use 100% silicone to bond acrylic... It gonna fail sooner or later.

This is a quickie low res video we put up so you can get a feel for it.
The High res one is currently rendering, once it's done, 2-3 hours, it will be uploaded and you'll have a new link.
