This is TRUE. I have the clear side markers from bimmian and they do strobe upon start up. Trinity sells LED side markers but I'm not sure if these strobe at all.

Also, another option would be to use some kind of spray tint on your OEM side marker to smoke it out.

Mine was smoke sprayed = $13 can. First time oversprayed the suckers ---> cannot see with blinkers on LOL. Wet sanded down with 2000 grit and re-sprayed light coats. Dont need clear coat so far. Looks great.
