500 bucks is a joke dude. Call Garry Romani at Newport BMW and you can get them shipped to you for just over 200 bucks total.
Skip the installation and do it yourself....I did it, its easy. Check the DIY section.

Good Morning Jake,

I saw your post to me at e60, and thanks, but who told you that the BMW OEM M5 Gloss Black Shodowliine trim is just a little more than $200.00 plus shipping at from Garry at Newport BMW, because he just emailed me his price is $626.95 + shipping to 30269 $25.00 at BMW Of Newport R.I., (SEE BELOW) and looks like the price my BMW dealer gave me is the best for 500.00...

Garry must have went up on his pricing, Possibly due to a BMW USA price increase $$$$!! But thanks anyway for trying man!!

Sincerely,

R. Eddie Presley aka Presley348

Also if I order it from you on Wednesday how long will it take to get it to me in zip code: 30269? (PTC GA)

not true... ride is just more closer to the ground. Nothing drastic.
I would have to agree with John, here, however I had an Improvement in ride once my springs were installed.
However my alignment was off even though I only had about 1000 mile on the vehicle.
Either way, once the springs went on, my ride got smoother and the bumps were less noticeable then when I had the stock springs. I am riding 20's for the wheels.

Sounds like you asked for M5 GLOSS black shadowline trim. I believe there's another shadowline option, which is what's on the non-M5 US-spec sport packaged cars.

Mattou..

Another option is the route I took with eibach pros and koni FSD shocks. The ride is damn near stock.

You can get this kit with both the springs and shocks from SHOX.COM for very reasonable price. I paid about 900 bucks.

Frank,

Thanks for your reply to my BMWS OEM price problem, I did ask for BMW's OEM Gloss Black e60 M5 Shadowline trim, and that could be it I suppose, because I know that BMW has so many price variables in their US Vs their Euro e60 models with their BMW OEM e60 products it is not even funny!! Did you know that the chrome window trim like I have, is an Euro option on the new e60 M5? That's what BMW NA told me last week. (I think its ugly on the M5 to have chrome molding!!!)

Anyway I thought that $200.00 was a too good price to be true, and the parts manager at both dealerships swear $500.00 by my VIN # is my BMW price, and is the lowest that I or anyone else can get in the USA for the particular BMW OEM e60 M5 Gloss Black Shadow line trim product.

Have a good day, while I go out in this 95 to 100 degree heat were now having in Metro Atlanta area, and mow some more neighbors yards, or hey maybe pimp out my girlfriend, (I am just kidding, LOL) but I do need some extra cash so I can order my USA BMW OEM E60 shadow line M5 window trim!!
