Just received a new Pierburg electric water pump 11517586925. Opened the box, took the pump out of plastic bag and found the pump house seam was wet looking like leaking. Is the pump like that ok?
The sell sent me another one which has the same issue. And said that was moisture

The new pump and thermostat were installed, but no bleeding process activated - Press start button without brake, highest temp, lowest speed fan, then step gas pedal to the floor for 10 minutes.
The pump connector gounds good, Name the pump connector ground 4., each pin to ground as blow.
Ignition OFF, only pin 1 = 12v
Ignition on, Engine off, pin 1 = 11.9v, pin 2 = 0.07v, pin 3 = 7.64v
Glove Box and Trunk fuse box, all fuse are good.
My 2010 528i had fc 2E81 and 2E82, that is reason water pump and thermostat were replaced.
I unpluged the water pump, then checked voltage on the connetor.
My multimeter negative probe on pin hole 4 while checking other pin hole voltage. Pin hole 4 got 0.06v means my system has problem? Thanks!
The water pump has been using for 1 month and running ok.
The first coolant bleeding process started since I dailed the fan to lowest speed and the temp to highest level between turnig on the access power and steping on the gas pedal. Presetting lowest speed fan and highest temp did not work at that time
Yesterday, presetting fan speed and highest temp works too.
