What tire brand are you using?

you have +18 in the fronts and rubbing with 245/35 on in the inner portion of the fender/strut?

hmmm it could be the tire sizes, honestly I would throw a spacer on there and see if that cures it

when i ran 245/35 s-03s with te37's they were 19x9 +25 and i never rubbed

 

Someone recommended lining the fender with some blue painters tape and going on a drive then coming back and seeing where the marks are being left, if nowhere then its more than likely the tire hitting the top of the wheel well. If thats the case he recommended shaving or getting a heating gun or blow dryer and heating the plastic then pushing it upwards to allow more clearance for the wheels. I'm gonna try both of these methods sometime today or tomorrow and see if it fixes, if not I'll more than likely be forced to take the wheels back and try a different brand or thinner tire, I'm trying to avoid installing a new suspension at all costs.

 

i would go with a thinner tire if you want to keep the wheels, if you dont want to keep the wheels just bring it all back and try again

i dont think you have 18mm offset in the front though, rubbing with that setup on any part of the inside doesnt sound right, it has to be rubbing on the outside

 

 

I though your original post said you had 245/30 which was baffling to me how you would rub. Since i now read you have 245/35 I am not surprised. They rubbed on my car too. I rolled the fenders, had the car aligned and they still rubbed where the fender and bumper meet. I went down to 245/30/20 and it fixed the issue. 285/25 rear. I have 9" wide fronts. You should be able to keep the same size with a rolled fender.

I went ahead and ordered some 245/30/20 Falken's to replace the 245/35/20 Yokohama's in the front, hopefully this will solve the front rubbing issues, as far as the back goes I'm gonna stick with the 275/30/20's and see if some fender rolling action will fix the rubbing there.
