Hey xenonrider, I am going to get this done with your buddy this weekend. Just wondering, how did you measure the location? Where did you measure from, etc?

And damn, the grills are much bigger than I imagined, lol. Pretty excited.

good to see that you're getting around to it.. to me the kit just doesn't look complete without the grills

i measured about 4cm from the top crease on the fender and about 5.5cm from the back. kinda just eye-balled it to see where it looks good. just make sure to not put the grill too far forward as the space inside gets narrower at the front.

Okay, I will take that into consideration. I am looking at the template, and can't seem to figure out what it's trying to tell me, lol.

Haha, Mel, while I do love them mirrors, I can't justify spending $800-$1000 on a set of mirrors! It just doesn't make any sense to me, hahaha.

I know right, it doesn't make sense at all.

It's boggles my mind how difficult or costly the manufacturing cost can be for just two mirrors. Freaking mark up must be pretty sweet.

They should be holding a gun to your head when they tell you the price, as it is ROBBERY!!!

i might be alone here... but i think i like the rectangular mirror better. they are more muscular-looking and better visibility. i don't think i can ever convince myself to spend $1000 on mirrors.
