thanks for the feedback!

nomis_nehc, my buddy is in burbank. I think hesperia may be closer to you. I'll check with my buddy and PM you his info if he is able to do it.

I was also VERY scared about cutting up the car as I only got car a week ago. but I figured, heck, if I mess it up I can alway go buy a set of real M5 fenders

the work with done with an air saw (outside hole) and a cut-off wheel (inside). Went through quite a few blades, but got the job done I went to a few body shops and they all wanted to remove the fender to get to the inside: which I did not want. It took a lot longer and a lot more effort (and steady hands), but my buddy was able to cut the bracket/brace inside going through that little hole in the fender.

nomis_nehc, you can contact my buddy at richie rchrdlim@gmail.com . his name is richie. it does take 6 hours so be prepared to drop off your car and pick it up the next day.

yea, i know that the fenders are different. going to be getting a new bumper anyway, so it would just be the difference of getting an OEM m5 bumper or an aftermarket.

thanks!

I had the M5 body kit on order from Umnitza before I even got the car (about 10 days ago)

hopefully, they'll get here this week so I can get them to the body shop ASAP and finish up the car. trust me, the wait is killing me...

took a while deciding on the wheels, 166, 172, 128, miro, VMR, etc... way too many choices to choose from. thanks to all the pictures I found on the forum, I was able to decide and am happy with the outcome.
