So i I save 107lbs on wheel and tires (10.5hp) and 35lbs in the spare (3.5hp)..doing simple math I have 360+14=374hp

and if I add the exhaust (when available) 30lpbs=3 hp I will have almost 380hp!.. NICE!

I didn't check your math DJ, but, yep, that's the idea. 380 would be very nice. The only possible snag would be if the muffler hurts your HP ignoing it's weight savings. But, if it does no worse than cancel the effect of itss weight savings, then things still would be good provided you like the way it sounds.
