It'll work but your mirror will be out of whack... take a good look of the angle of your current mirror, you should notice that the right side angled inward more than the left side. After that try to sit on the passenger side and adjust the mirror to your liking see if it's OK then you are golden 'cuz its kinda the same way having RHD mirror on a LHD car just the other way around.
But I guess just for look it should be OK
as it may not function the way it should be 'cuz if I recall correctly I couldn't see along the right side body of the car on the passenger side and on the driver side I saw more of my left side body.

I need these mirrors in Lhd! Can anyone confirm these Rhd mirrors work for Lhd? I don't care about the functions, I'm just for the looks. thanks

I asked

so NO AUTOFOLDING/AUTO DIMMING and as said I'd be using my existing mirror.
I have few questions does
Does it have auto fold, heated glass, auto dimming, does it dip on when the reverse?

Hi, ok, they are not autofolding, heated or auto dimming. To have the later 2 you need genuine glass - very costly. They have auto dip on reverse as you use your existing motors.

Yup, you'll be using your existing mirror motor that's why you retain auto-dip on reverse, the mirror that will come w/ the m5 rep probably just a straight piece of some sort of reflective piece of something (maybe not even a glass who knows j/k)
