so found some m5 reps from this company, i asked how they look the same he said some company in america moulded genuine ones so there the same, i bought some and to my likeing there perfect they are exact same shape, i parked next to a m5 and you cant tell diff,

Besides the shape and look being exactly like the real thing, how about the functions or features? Such as auto tilt, puddle lights, auto fold, etc. Thanks.

sorry yes it has all features apart from autofold but then i dont have autofold anyway so it may work on other cars, all electrics are great and just the same as my standard fuctions

Is this the company that sells the shell only and you would have to swap out your internals of your stock mirror? I forgot if this was the site.
