Hi members!

I'm wondering whether both clusters are the same part .

From realoem I'd say yes :

M5:
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?mo...hg=62&fg=05

M6:
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?mo...hg=62&fg=05

But some weeks ago the BMW technician told me they would have a different shape .

Can you confirm the M6 cluster is the same as the M5 one ?

Bye!

It's funny because I would have assumed the shape would be different but the part numbers do match up. I've never known the realoem site to be wrong so they're likely the same. Just watch out for those mounting screws though...

Andy,
That pic makes my heart pounding again. It's so beautiful, and will be my next mod for sure. No doubt about it.
Both M5, M6 and non-M cluster are mounted with the same two torx screws. No more, no less.
