That price was from Garry at BMW of Newport!!!!! Quad M's quote to me was $2500 (painted and shipped) so that's no bargain either when you figure the install and additional parts. I don't know where these lowball prices are coming from. As for the additional parts - see this thread:

I got my kit for $1899 shipped to NY. My shop charged me $200 to install it.
