license plate bulb

My Ride: 2008 535i LCI with sports/premium package, Sports trans with paddle shifters, CF emblems, JB4 Software, Dinan Exhaust, Navigation, M5Tech body kit, Carbon wrap interrior trim and CIC Controller.
Before I did too far, can someone tell me how to replace the rear license plate bulb? I looked last night and my guess is that it's taken out from the inside after the inner trim carpet is removed. I also looked to see if it popped out from the outside, but I'm thinking not...

The whole housing can be removed by inserting a flat-head screw driver into the gap provided and pushing the screw driver to the right, (DO NOT TILT the screw driver, PUSH as when you want to push the housing to the right) Then it will pop right out.
After the housing is removed, you can replace the bulb easily.
P.S. : I tilted the screw driver when I did mine and broke both housings... Luckily I purchase the whole housing LED replacements. I learned from my experience and replaced my friend's without a problem.

Do OEM LED lights!
E90 LED license lights - 63 27 7 193 293 x 2
LED light plug - 61136925634 - x 2
socket terminal - 61131383776 - x 2
socket terminal - 61131393724 - x 2
Then go into LMA and code out warm, cold checks and fehler for KZL.
