led reverse lights???

My Ride: 2006 530xi (Titanium Grey/ Black interior) Debaged, L.e.d. light upgrade throughout. ACS roof spoiler. H&R sport sprigs, Angel eye upgrade, euro sticker, ,matte black grills.

Does anyone know what light bulb i need and f i need any resistors for the reverse lights if i want to upgrade to white led

You can test and remove that light bulb to test have error code or not first, if no error code then can change to led without resistor.

You do get an error with that light. Infact all exterior lights will give you an error.

I use 50 ohms 10 W resistors just attach it between cables of the led bulb. But it depends on bulbs... first of all use a potentiometer from 5 ohms to 15 ohms once you adjust the right ohm after the idrive shows no errors then buy the right resistor but with 50W-60W.

So who actually has led reverse lights??
I did my plate lights already and they look great!

I noticed one of our vendors (Mike@F1 autohaus) carries LED reverse lights, not sure how well they work or if they throw a code or not.
