I bought them from http://www.premiertek.net/ ... they also have an ebay store at http://stores.ebay.com/Premiertek-net

In my experience they have decent prices and very good customer service.

Hmm, wonder if I should go with these and save $500 instead of LCI.

Thats what i was thinking too, but then I got to thinking, this car is not a civic or accord or celica, I could prob buy 2 of all 3 of those cars for the price of this one. So might as well spend some extra cash, and have a piece of mind that its not going to fail, by that meaning like 1 led burn out, or a whole section burn out like some LED traffic signs, BMW, I beilve has put some R&D in making these, i dont think the Taiwan ones have done that... Thats my Thinking, some may agree, some may not, its only my opinion,

sorry to sound like an ar*e, but i rearly dont like those lights...they make the car look like a "lexus copy" or ricer...
each to there own.
i think mods are great to a class car, but they should be BMW mods (its too new a car to add aftermarket "visable" items)

but your good to go.

I went thru the same thought process. In the end, however, the difference was more than $700. And, I wasn't sure I was going to be satisfied with either mod. So taking a flier on the $200 aftermarket set-up was less painful. When my financial portfolio returns to 10+ digits I'll be more inclined to p_ss away a few extra hundred bucks on tail lights [after all, they are more for the benefit of people following me!].

I'm somewhat in agreement with those who have posted about the Japanese marques and some other low-end cars [not all are 'rice-burners'] and that they've been LED'ed for 2-3 years. BMW is just getting caught up. I do hope they don't take the Audi approach with the front end LED's - now that (IMHO) looks ugly. As for staying strictly to BMW parts for mods, that would leave out dozens of wheel and body trim alternatives that are very popular. Though I don't necessarily like all of them, many are quite attractive and in keeping with the BMW "spirit".

Ebay Seller Revotec ... Free Shipping + I had a 10% Paypal coupon + 1% MrRebates ... the 39LED Red Bulbs were from premierteknet112222. Next I'm going to replace the amber turn signals with LEDs but I don't know if the built in resister pack with allow them to work correctly. If it doesn't I'll have to add an external resister.

The Back up lamps are also almost 100% brighter on these ... P21's!
Luigi....I just installed the same 39 LED bulbs and they look great, and yes, NO ERROR MESSAGES!
