What does your interior look like originally? Is it all light like the picture LessIsMore put up, or is it like mine?

I preferred the two tone black and 'Sepang Merino Leather' over the all black of my 550i. The light wood trim was what killed it in my M. I wanted either piano black or carbon fiber, and in the end decided on the carbon. I may get an extra trim set later down the road and play with more options (piano black with maybe a pinstripe accent color) that I could swap out once every few months.
Another option I came across recently that surprised me was covering the trim in Alcantara leather. It looked surprisingly good.

That's quite interesting because I have a 535i with black interior and really prefer beige interior.

No vinyl. I had trim parts wrapped in carbon fiber by Dinmann.

That member hasn't posted in over a year. That's the problem with responding to old threads.

If the question was posed to my carbon fiber wrapped trim, it still looks beautiful. I had an A/C panel wrapped in CF that should be arriving this week. I think it will tie in the other pieces nicely.

(I'm usually on the M5Board.com, but I got an email notification, so I'll still reply to old threads)
