Jiio, that is strange. Both of my rings would light, but one side would be dimmer than the other. Just got a email today from Custom Angel Eyes saying they received my defective bulb and they would be shipping out a new one on the 30th. Hopefully this new bulb will work. And according to Iceman, they should also refund my shipping via paypal. We'll see. I'll try the FM test when I get the new bulbs installed.

I'll wait and see what they do. If they are a reputable company then they should just refund my shipping charge without me having to ask for it.
