I think they'll fit... My buddy borrowed a set of 2008 M5 166's from another friend and mounted them on his 06 530i premium/sport package, and it fit just fine with no rubbing issues at all, and no spacers were used.... Good luck!

with an M5 offset (ET 28) in the rear it will fit with 285's no rubbing unless you've got some serious weight in the back, but if it's the M6 offset (ET 17)285's will rub...

Congrats! It seems you got yourself a good deal. The price of M5 wheels (166 M) with Garry at Newport is a tick over $1500. BigMike bought a set from Garry recently.

But with the tires that you got, you may experience rubbing. Tire sizes for the M5 and the mere mortal 5 Series are slightly different.

No, he just quoted me $2290 plus S&H last week!

I believe $1500+ is the quoted price for wheels only...did your price include tires or wheels only?

And your speedo will be off...
I'm sure the speedo be reprogrammed to accommodate the different rolling radius of the new wheel/tire set-up. Rudy - are you reading?
