we are installing a afe cold air intake on my 2007 bmw 530i (e60).....and we are trying to get the MAF sensor screwed onto the pipe but there werent any screws provided that fit this...what do i do please help!!thankss

 

What about the original screws?

 

too big....we just put a lot of washers on it and now we tryin to get the pipe connected tot he housing and the coupler

 

Hey guys me and my friend got the intake in and tight..but when we drove it every couple minutes the engine made this grinding type of sound..we stopped and popped the hood..we heard like a ticking noise coming from around the throttle body..we dont know if it takes getting used to or what it is..because there was no grinding noise when we drove it but randomly it would pop up for a second..if anybody has some first hand experience on this please let us in..and if you think you know what we did wrong..even better thanks!

update?? what happened?

 

okay the housing was loose but we bolted it down now its good....but im not gettin the sound like some people on youtube have ...the deep vroom sound and the sssss sss ssss sound...other then that its good...
