there's actually a tint available to make your head lights looks like that.

you do know that you can accomplish that look buy opening your lights, heating it in a microwave or somethin and painting the inside housing gloss black..

never seen it done before though

If it makes you feel any better, they've gotten tough on pirates now. I dled CS4 and did one wrong step in entering fake keys from a keygen or not putting the crack in the right place and now I don't think I can ever get Photoshop on this comp again. I could be wrong, but I'm not skilled with it anyways; just wanted to do nasty things to people I knew and hated, so nothing important. )
