You must know that in order to retrofit everything, at very 1st step, SSS is updating the car to the latest available CIP version ...so this is not something that they could choose not to do it...
In this case, it cannot be a 5 minutes job, but 4 hrs + 5 minutes.

Talking about the retrofit itself. In my case car does not need a CIP update since latest CIP V32.00 was previously installed.
Ok, then I will follow your procedure when you'll give me that except that I will have to check my CIP version.

No, I had #-515 from factory. I need the #-499.
Before starting this job I checked the catalog and saw they give only #499, that is compatible with cars that don't have heating steering, but from factory cars without have the stupid #-515: is senseless produce TWO coilspring for 2 pins more or less.

LOL you are absoulely right. A lot of times some parts you buy later have different part #'s than when factory even though they are the exact same. This time you do need the 499 coil spring for it to work
