I just got off the phone with TireRack regarding winter tires. One thing I asked them was what to do about the RFT situtation, since I don't have a spare. They recommended I get this product...ContiComfortKit.
Has anyone tried or used this product? My main concern was that the filler would seal the hole, but would leave that nasty goo inside the tire where it couldn't be fixed, only replaced. Similar to that of the old tire fixer stuff that just pumped major amounts of glue and filler into your wheel and how no shop would want to fix that tire, now that it's all nasty inside. However, this is NOT the case with this product. This product will fill the tire with air, seal the puncture and can be fixed the normal way, once you get it to a tire shop, at your own convenience. There is no mess. Plus, it's an actual pressure system where all you have to do is buy replacement cartridges. Cost is $79 for the system and refill cartridges are $25.
Anyone try this? I'm set on buying the Blizzak LM-25's over the Dunlop M3's (was a pretty easy decision after hearing how all the TR employees use these over the dunlops and why), but I was curious to know if anyone heard of this kit?

I believe it's similar to the M Mobility System. Anyone ever use this system by BMW??
