halston@bsw;
Thanks for the replies. Two questions:
1. Do you know why the '08 5 series Logic 7 doesn't sound as good (sharp) as prior years? Did BMW switch brands or cheapen the speakers?
2. What's the status of a sub woofer kit? To me it seems the bas isn't as sharp as it should be. Or is it the mid range that needs sharpened more by your stage 1 kit?

I'm definitely interested in a group buy, possibly even the sound deadening kit.

I'll likely have it installed professionally. Does the kit include installation instructions? I'm sure my installer could handle it but I'm sure instructions would help. Oops, sorry that makes 3 questions......

Ok so what we need to do is find out who would be in for a group buy for the stage 1 setup for logic seven and non logic seven to see if we can get a 20% discount.

Only took 4 hours and everyone from e60.net sending me emails

I don't know what the problem was. I couldn't get the validation email to get to my work account.

I will reply to the last couple in the morning. I went to leave work(wife made some new recipe so super important I get home apparently) and I as back up... The vert makes a horrible noise when I turn. The passenger side wheel well liner... Is dragging... How that just randomly fell off I don't know. 45 minutes later and my arms were black. I need to run home.

Expect reply in the morning!

Making a donation to the forum is a great way to get on the good side of all e60.net members too.

Also there is a nice subsection for vendor group buys in the classifieds where you could state your terms and that way we can see how wants to buy.

10% could be considering a 'standard'. We give this discount to forum members, BMWCCA members, active military etc etc etc. As I discussed via chat with one of the members here the discount could and would grow with a larger purchase number. If 10 people wanted to order than we can get up to the 20% range in terms of a discount. For just a single person ordering though that simply is not possible.
If I post at the forums, am a BMWCCA member and carry an active duty military ID card what kind of discount do I get?

just kidding (about the discount, not the military ID and the bmw CCA). I am looking forward to the prospect of a group purchase though..

I'd be in for a GB...(non logic 7)

Couple of questions though.

What is it exactly that makes this system that much better than stock?

How noticeable is the difference?

Thanks!
