anybody whose gonna tint their cars i doubt will go wit more than 50% all around (otherwise whats the point).... so tint is tint its gonna be illegal regardless most states..... im not sure how/why u got pulled over but most of the time its how u conduct yourself which will warrant getting a "tint" citation -whether speeding, non signal lane change or simply the car being too obnoxiously looking for the LEO he/she will only give the "tint" citation for rude behavior or somehow felt disrespected by your actions...... try next time when u get pulled over prior to the officer approach to your vehicle (especially when its past sunset) to lower BOTH sides of your windows, turn ignition off, kill the radio too & put on that fake innocent smile and respond back, "hello sir/maam... did i do something wrong???" oh, yea... current PBA card really does go a looooooong way!!
