FMIC on a E60...

Ok, i have this FMIC wich i had planned on using on my E36 325i Turbo project, but since i cancelled it i thought maybe i'd benefit of using it in the 530d....
What would be the benefits of it, and has anyone here installed a FMIC on their E60...
I found someone here who is selling a Mtech front end.... in the same colour as my car... orientblaumetallic....
I'll buy that if it has better space for the FMIC....
just wanted your guys opinion on this
