This brutal winter is making me want heated rear seats for my passengers! My car already has the cold weather package and comes with heated front seats what can I do to get heated rear seats? Is it true if my car is already fitted for the heated front seats the rear should already have all the "guts" and all I need is the switches?

Wasn't there a thread on this recently?

Essentially, the heaters are these thin'ish pads that fit between the padding and the leather. The way to install them is to remove the rear seat bench and seat back, take off the upholstery. Install the heating pads. You'll need to run power and controls to them - that's probably a little tricky. But if you've ever done a stereo install, or smth like it, you should be just fine.
