I've checked my car tonight - in the Traffic Information Settings screen - I only have the option for 'TP' - I don't have an option for 'TMC' also at the top (as I've seen in a screen shot on this website). Does this mean I don't have a recent enough version on my car? or do I need to get my dealer to install a different component on the system?

Hi - I'm in the UK, I have Business Navigation and I have the 2005-1 nav DVD.

TMC is something that you change in idrive i think. There in the menu where it says perfer highway, short route, fast route and something that is called dynamic route or something. Its that dynamic thing that is called tmc i gues

Gents,

Looking for the Nav CD for the States (copy) just relocated to Va and have no connections in this area. Help needed.

Also...

I just left Europe and still have my European Navigation CD that I used for the last 7 months I had the car in Germany, works great. I would be willing to hand it over for dirt cheap if needed.

Dennis, you naughty boy. better wait for Euro High 2005-03. (to be expected around august/september)

btw; these DVD or CD discs are priced way to expensive. bmw should think of some "upgrade" subscription to make it more attractive to buy instead of copying them (IMHO)
