A 4 piston Brembo BBK for the front should cost a bit less than the M5 BBK. I've seen prices between US$2700 and US$3000 for the kit.
I haven't got any luck yet founding them.
Most companies only offer the 6 pistons front.

The Brembo BBK I am referring to is the Grand Turismo F50 kit with a 4 piston caliper. The 6 piston version has a mono-block caliper that costs much more. Did you contact 'r1racer' (Joe) or 'nerweezy' (Nerwyll) at Trinity Autosport? They should be able to help you out. Joe and Nerwyll are members of this forum. Drop either a PM.

The following cars belong to members on the forum and have the Brembo Grand Turismo 4 piston front brake kit that I am referring to. If you get 380mm rotors, the cost is very expensive and it comes with 6 piston calipers. The model I am referring to has a 345mm rotor and has 4 piston calipers. I found the model numbers on the TireRack website. If you shop around, you will be able to get better pricing than from TireRack.

If I find any companies offering the 4 piston Brembo Grand Turismo BBK, I will definitely let you know. However, the TireRack site lists the manufacturer part number, so it should make finding the BBK a bit easier. When you are ready to do the rear set, the rear brake caliper will look like this.

I've asked my local tuner to get me the part number for the Brembo Grand Turismo F50 4 piston front brake kit that fits on an E60. In the meanwhile, check out this deal. It's not Brembo, but I heard JBT makes awesome brake systems like StopTech (which may be another option for you). Eurorev was offering JBT 8 piston front and JBT 4 piston rear together for US$4900! That is a deal! Check out the links below.
