Mmm.. I thought VO is coded only into CAS and LMA modules (the ones that you see when doing FA reads and writes). Is that not the case?

Not specialist here, but i think you can code VO in other units, for example: like you do combox retrofit you have to code new VO to cic using ssd file, other way combox control will not appear on cic or you change some units, you have to code them to your car. I think LM and CAS just saving VO.

You might be correct, but I am a bit cautious writing to modules like KGM as it is something that controls doors and gateway including some other stuff and dont want to mess it up unless I know how to retrieve it back just in case which I am not sure about.

I have two CIC units now and I can ship it to anyone who is willing to program it for me and this being my last resort.

Upon playing with it a bit more, followed this post and updated factory I-Level to 09-09-516. Upon running both ISTA-D/P they are showing CIC modules properly including ULF/SBX as not found (as expected since it is in VO but replaced with combox which hasnt been coded yet)

Still winkfp is giving me the same error

Can someone crosscheck my ZB numbers? I am using v67 daten files.

Ok. Did you flash the dependencies also or just the one module. What steps are you taking before getting the 2 errors. Are you letting it select the module itself or are you putting it in.

Initially, as you may remember, I was not able to do anything in expert mode, so this time I am trying in comfort mode. In that mode, I cant see CIC modules at all in both Update ZUSB and Select ZUSB options, so I am trying to use Enter ZUSB option with no luck while it keeps giving me that error.

Coming to dependencies, I am not sure what pre-Reqs need to be addressed, if you can let me know that would be great.

thanks
