Thank's a lot, if you say that it's such a big difference i'll consider to it.

 

If you think about it, it is about 20% more power, so when you floor it, you can really feel the difference, i would deffo recommend a tuning box even just for price, if you want serious power though id go for an remap!

 

ideea este ca remapul la ecu nu are treaba cu softul masinii. cand softezi masina o softezi pentru alte treburi, nu numai pentru motor. eu am facut remap la... c&c tuning parca, a mers brici, nici o eroare, nici o problema. majoritatea care avem ceva facut la diesel avem soft, nu power box. diferenta este masiva si se simte imediat. nu trebuie sa o cauti si nu este placebo. chiar ai mai multa putere. de asemenea, considera sa-ti cumperi un sprint booster.

 

I'm also interested in Race-chip as well, their add sometimes is displayed at the bottom of the page, they claim to increase the 520d's torque to 421nm with the Pro edition, but it's 229euro.

I found anther company called Ewo that sells one for 89euro and increase torque on the 520d to 401nm.
I had one on my Mazda 3 and it worked fairly well. Others say chips work better on diesels.

Anyone used either of these particular chips?
