Default Dension Gateway 500 problems :(

Hey guys, i've installed the Dension Gateway 500 module, it's working fine but there is some kind of problem with the battery - i keep getting a control message "High Battery Discharge". And the battery does get discharged pretty fast. If I dont drive the car for like a week I have to jump start it because the battery gets totally drained.

This happens even when nothing is connected (no ipod or anything else)

Any ide what could be the problem?

I dont know, I had an auto service set it up for me. But I gave them the manual and they supposedly followed it.

What it the 100% correct source to connect it to?
