Couple of upgrade questions on 04 E60
cheers, in the picture the coilovers are still in so it will sit a little higher once the eibachs are fitted (rears are up about an inch probably).
coilovers are good but a little harsh for my liking and what I want the car for (family cruiser). If it was an M3 Id live with it as it would be driven hard (my old M3s both had coilovers) but this one is for comfort

ill have to bump this too once more, mud flaps wont do any good to your car how long are you planing to drive it for not the entire of your life neither any scratches from debris ever efect the price of your car REMOVE them dude and enjoy!!
In Russia, Moscow they chip tune at the official dealer diesels 3.0 engines and the effect is amazing!!! And neither did I ever hear of any mechanical problems and the car they keep on warranty

the mudflaps dont bother me one bit lol you guys are nuts!
Anyway got some of my jobs done
- M Sport steering wheel and airbag. Was from a post facelift car so needed a few tweaks. Thanks to the DIY section now all done!
- New style oem centrecaps and M badges. The new oem centrecaps are really nice now and sit flush with a little chrome ring on them.
- custom rr remap. For all this costs its transformed the car. 185 to 226bhp and 300lbft to 360lbft, all nicely spread out over the rev range. Car goes well now.
- retrimmed the idrive/gearstick trim using 3M carbon trim (same I used on the steering wheel).
- coilovers removed and eibach prokit fitted. car is so much nicer now on the smooth suspension.

Have you thought about lowering the handsfree kit man, it would look much better down at the bottom...
