Just as the title asks, do you adjust your dampening often? Or do you set it and forget it?

I don't know if I want to get a set with or without the dampening option. I want to be able to adjust height, but I don't know if dampening is useful.

Thanks All!

without dampening you're relying on what the manufacturer thinks the compression should be. comfort is different for everyone thus i think it's a great feature to be able to adjust it.
